Whether you have Osteoporosis or are at risk for developing Osteoporosis, it is never too late to start a bone healthy  programme.Exercise strengthens your bones and your muscles, improves your balance, and reduces your risk of falls.

The exercise workshop is an informative class on which types of exercises are safe and effective in both protecting from and even managing Osteoporosis. We will teach you exercises that you can do at home that are both gentle and effective, requiring minimal or no equipment.

Learn safe, gentle and effective exercises that you can perform at home with minimal equipment.
The exercises have been designed to:

  • Improve your balance
  • Reduce your risk of falls

Even if you have Osteoporosis or at risk for Osteoporosis, it is never too late to start a bone healthy programme.

The Nutrition workshop will discuss lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of developing Osteoporosis, as well as foods and supplements that are proven to help improve bone density. The information is practical, effective and can easily be incorporated into everyday life. You may be surprised by what you learn!
